What is a SportsAbility Expo?

SportsAbility Expos are free, two-day events that brings together:

  • People with disabilities
  • Adaptive sports and recreation providers
  • Resource and service organizations
  • Community partners and supporters

Participants can enjoy hands-on experiences like:

  • Sit water-skiing
  • Rock wall climbing
  • Horseback Riding
  • Boat Rides
  • And many more adaptive activities

Attendees also have the opportunity to explore the latest adaptive equipment, trends and programs that support year-round recreation and wellness.

Suggested Sponsorship Levels (Per Event)

While every partnership can be customized, the following sponsorship levels are available for each individual event and provide a helpful guide:

  • $10,000 Sponsorship - Includes premier logo placement on event T-shirts, banners, and signage; top-level recognition throughout the event; table space during both event days; on-stage branding opportunities; entrance signage presence; and featured promotion through event videos and social media.
  • $5,000 Sponsorship - Includes prominent logo placement on event materials and sponsor boards, table space during both event days, event-day recognition, and strong visibility among supporting sponsors.
  • $3,000 Sponsorship - Includes logo on event T-shirts and banners, listed sponsor recognition, and table space at the event.
  • $1,500 Sponsorship - Includes logo placement on event T-shirts and banners, along with sponsor recognition.
  • $500 Sponsorship - Includes logo placement on event T-shirts and listed sponsor recognition.

Multi-event sponsorship opportunities and bundled packages are also available for partners interested in supporting more than one expo.
